Septoplasty & Rhinoplasty

This young man had a history of trauma to his nose, with a fracture of his nasal septum and deformity of his nasal tip. He had breathing difficulty as well. He had septoplasty and rhinoplasty to improve his nasal airways, as well as the shape of his nose. His nasal tip was restored using cartilage grafts.

This 25-year-old female wished to have her dorsal hump reduced and refinement of the tip of her nose. She underwent an open rhinoplasty with component dorsal hump reduction, and refinement with lifting of her nasal tip. Her nose is dramatically improved, without looking like she had surgery.
